I am a qualified and experienced Life and Corporate Coach adopting an ontological approach to personal and professional change. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
I have over 300 hours of coaching experience, and a wealth of expertise gained as a learning mentor, team manager, facilitator, trainer and organisation development consultant.
