As a service manager, project leader, trainer, mentor and consultant I have over twenty years experience of transforming the cultures of organisations and the lives of managers and leaders in public and private sector organisations. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Management and the Institute of Customer Service.

I offer individual and group coaching services for managers. I also offer a portfollio of 90 minute workshops on over a dozen core coaching skills. These Coaching Gyms are very popular with corporate clients, are extremely cost effective and deliver immediate results.
