I know
from personal experience how lonely playing the leadership
and management role can be, especially when you are trying
to achieve real change in yourself and others at the same
time. But you don't have to do it alone. It doesn't have
to be a struggle either. When know how to make change happen
naturally it can be great fun, even when you are under pressure
and facing major challenges. It's about having the confidence
and ability to access your inner resources to take action.
As a Change Coach my job is to help
develop you as an individual. Having a map or knowing what's
required does not make you an expert on the territory. You
have to experience it to know it.

My job is to create the conditions
that will enable you to gain ever higher levels of self-awareness
or consciousness. This way you will gain a variety of perspectives
on who you are and what you are capable of - your 'way of
being' in the world. The insights will enable you to help
others on their journey of personal development and to discover
the power of feeling connected to others, indeed, any situation
you may find yourself in. I can help you remove any blocks
to your vitality, passion and motivation to change. Your
learning then becomes goal directed and success is assured.

My approach is to be co-creative
and non-directive. The service I provide is totally confidential.
Many of my clients become kindred spirits or close friends,
and retain me to test their ideas, address development issues,
overcome barriers to action or to help them tap into their
unrealised natural potential. They often want to become
Real Change Leaders of their teams and develop the capabilities
of a Change Coach for themselves.
When one is able to balance the
"inside-out" spiritual dimensions of existence
with the "outside-in" materialistic dimensions
the capacity to think and act logically as a human being
is greatly enhanced. The nature of this balance determines
how we interpret our surroundings and react when our safety
or power is threatened. But we are also active players with
roles and responsibiities to contend with. For example those
with authority over you (from the "top-down")
and those people with whom you interact on a daily basis
(from the "bottom-up") also compete for your attention
and your energy. To sustain any change the positive and
negative forces found in all four dimensions have to be
made sense of and balanced.

process of change is not a one-off event. It is an ever-
present phenomena. You can explore the nature of Change

Seeing yourself in a Change Zone
allows you to develop ever higher levels of consciousness
- simply because you are curious to find out what else you
are capable of. . An integral approach to change sees individuals
and cultures evolving through various stages and levels

Nature loves continuous adaptation
and development, but it hates imbalance. There cannot be
a top-down without a bottom-up, an inside-out without an
outside-in. What you notice about emotions for example,
is that they are one-sided. Only when you can feel and understand
all sides of an issue or idea will you find sustainable
change. The capacity to think from the perspective of a
number of world views is also empowering and seemingly essential
on the journey to becoming a real change leader.
