I
am experienced in using a wide range of techniques which I
blend to meet the specific needs of my clients. I follow the
principles of Ontological
Coaching
which takes it's core ideas from the new Complexity Sciences.
It is also influenced by thinkers such as Humberto Maturana,
Peter Senge, Fritjof Capra, Donald Schon, Fernando Flores,
Howard Gardner, Margaret Wheatley, Ken Wilbur, Martin Heidegger
and Ludwig Wittgenstein.
My
style is always objective, non-judgemental and confidential.
I listen attentively to everything you have to say as language
influences how you act, feel, think and see the world. I question
you to explore the options and possibilities open to you,
and to help you see the world as a positive and supportive
place that exists to help you to achieve your goals.
I
help you make choices that are right for you, believing wholeheartedly
that you can succeed at whatever you most desire. This often
involves working with you to recreate your sense of who you
are, to let go of what's stopping you getting what you want
from your life or work.
I
start from where you are now and build on what you are willing
to do to get where you want to be. It's about shifting your
way of being through self-realisation. A better future will
emerge from the clearer intentions, confident choices and
purposeful actions.
My
key role is to help you know yourself better, to make distinctions,
keep you on track and work with you to design your plan of
action and then review your progress.
