Quantum Aikido

The power of harmony lies in the realm of the spirit. It is best displayed through the Art of Aikido which follows seven principles.

The process of learning requires us to enter the unknown, otherwise we just add information to our memory, but it doesn't disturb our present pattern of understanding or change the existing order of things in our mind.

Aikido is about using natural energy sources to achieve balanced through growth and development - the way of harmony with the spirit of the universe - love and reconciliation.

The Art of Aikido was founded by Morihei Ueshiba O Sensei. It is seen as the ability to develop dynamic presence, inspired leadership and collective intelligence. It also helps facilitate communication and mediate conflicts.

See Aikido as the compass that will guide you to the secret garden that will transform your life from struggle into dance. The first step is to deal with discord in our minds. It's about being ready for the challenges of life so they do not throw us off balance. We can live in harmony with our values and achieve peace of mind. For example, when life throws events at us which do not fit our desires we must learn not take things personally or feel like a victim. We are not our feelings.

How do you create new learning in the moment ?

The process starts by challenging your perceptions of who you are. Leadership is about being proactive in your desire to understand and then set about achieving what you want from life. Or you can just wait for it to evolve of course.

The following principles are designed to help you explore what it means to feel alive and get the most from life. The principles of Aikido will help you achieve harmony and balance in your life, but you have to be prepared to a lifelong learner.

Energy often shows itself as cycles, waves or spirals. Thought patterns spiral into new ideas, we experience waves of emotion, as well as cycles of growth. See Spiral Dynamics All the moves of Aikido derive from a spiral - energy unfolding.

What's the link with Dynamic Change ?

In Aikido the physical attack is a metaphor for change. It represents any situation in which we are required to handle the pressure of outside-in change. The attack represents the energy of creation, the power of life - who and what we are. It shapes us as it hits us in many different ways. How we handle it defines us and our relationship with the higher order - the inside-out energy or the unknown aspects of ourselves.
