programme. Management sets minmum controls, thereby

SIMU-REAL
GROUPS
Allows
real-time work on current issues, the testing of future
designs and to learn about the system. The whole group
works on preselected issues with people acting in their
organisation roles. The decision-making process is agreed
in advance.

WORK-OUT INTERVENTIONS
Focuses
on problem identification and process improvement. The
session brings together employees from all functions
to look for ways of changing the way they work to meet
a selected target. They discuss and recommend process
improvements to Change Champions to lead implementation
activity.
