This tool is based on a large group transformation technique known as ProcessWork which uses conflict and diversity to bring about change.

It was developed by Arnold Mendell who has used this tool to work with power, rank, revenge and abuse to build sustainable communities in organisations and neighbourhoods.

It is an excellent resource for collective work and mediation facilitation. The tool can be used to deal with the underlying psychodynamics of dispute resolution. It's about reachong true understanding, not just agreement.
