The best forum for people interested in learning organisations is the Learning-Org bulletin board http://www.learning-org.com and its associated email discussion group, which is free and can be accessed via majordormo@world.std.com with "INFO LEARNING-ORG" in the message area. Messages include ideas, references to books and websites. It is full of challenging opinions and people's personal experiences. There is an extensive searchable archive. It can get a bit heavy at times, but 'lurkers' are welcome. It has over 2000 subscribers.
